DESCRIPTION
When we were commissioned to live Steampunk entertainment to a mountainside festival, we created a game that takes place on the steam train that climbs the mountain and culminates in the buildings on the mountain’s summit. We drew the players into a fantasy world, spinning a story that touched on the history of the train and invited them to re-imagine the summit as a strange new world. Once to the top, players selected from different challenges that included meeting aliens out on the misty mountain paths, and translating the hieroglyphics of their language.
